This data is used exclusively to process your enquiry and to get in touch with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).
Obligation to provide data: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) or labelled as "required" are necessary for processing your enquiry. Failure to provide this data means we will be unable to process your request. The optional fields are voluntary and help us handle your enquiry more precisely.
When using the contact form, an anonymised hash of your IP address (SHA-256, with a cryptographic salt) is stored to protect against spam. The IP address itself is not stored in plain text. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of our systems and protection against misuse).
Technical note: Due to the use of a cryptographic salt, it is not feasible to reverse the stored hash value back to the original IP address. The hash is used solely to detect and prevent spam and abuse.
If you contact us by email, your email address and the content of your message (including any attachments) will be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. We deliberately refrain from loading resources (such as fonts or scripts) from external third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts). All content, including the fonts used, is served directly from our own server in the Czech Republic. This ensures that your IP address is not transmitted to third-party providers without cause.
